If you've been trying to get your message across in English but aren't happy with the outcome, you've come to the right place.
You've tried translating on your own using AI tools, but the machine translation sounds stilted or flat. Or maybe you've tried writing in English on your own, but you're not sure if what you've written sounds like what a native speaker would write.
This can be daunting, and you have so much more to do for your business than work on translating documents or marketing materials.
Imagine publishing your content in English, without the guesswork.
It's not about implementing yet another set of time-consuming tasks on your end to get your message out there in English. It's about hiring a language professional to be your partner for this part of the bigger picture. You hand off your project to the care of a native speaker trained in translation, and when that content comes back ready to publish, you realize you were left with the time to focus on all the other important aspects of running your business.
You don't have to figure this out alone. With my involvement, you can get back to your area of expertise. The real risk doesn't lie in hiring a language professional. It lies in publishing content that doesn't make sense to your target audience.

FAQs
Each client has their own unique set of requirements. Therefore, I issue individual quotes on a project-by-project basis. These quotes account for the specialized terminology, style guidelines, format requirements, the length of each text, how many rounds of editing you have estimated, as well as any other factors that we might cover in a short consultation.
How long a project takes is dependent upon several factors, such as the scope of the project, your deadline, and my capacity at the time of quoting the project.
Yes, I use AI in my workflow. However, I do not - under any circumstances - enter my client's personal or commercial data into AI tools. Confidentiality is my priority. I also check any AI output for accuracy and consistency.
Yes, I use the CAT tool MemoQ for translation projects. MemoQ allows me to build a translation memory and glossary for your content, which can be used again for your future projects. Think of it as a content management system and database. The advantage for your business is consistency in terminology and branding across documents over time.
Using MemoQ enables me to work with several different monolingual file types from programs like Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, as well as XML files and zip files. Bilingual formats include translation memory exchange (TMX) files, SDL Trados Studio XLIFF files and Wordfast Pro files, to name a few. If you don't see your file type here, don't hesitate to ask me if I work with your preferred file type.
I use a multi-step proofreading and quality review process for every project. This also includes quality reviews through MemoQ, the CAT tool I use, which can find what the human eye might miss. If you wish to include proofreading by a second native English speaker, this can be added to your quote as an additional service.
